A Message From Our Chair

In Response to the Second Hateful Attack on our Oregon City HQ

On Monday night, September 18, only a little over a week since one of our office windows on Main Street in Oregon City was shattered with a brick, we were attacked again. This time, two of our remaining windows and the door were shot out. The Oregon City Police Department is taking this incident seriously and is investigating.

Political violence is often intended to silence and intimidate. We can’t let these incidents break us.

We need all of your help. Please: volunteer, donate, show your solidarity bypurchasing a tee-shirt, become a Neighborhood Leader or a Precinct Committeeperson. Put the anger and sorrow you feel about this incident into action. Don’t let us be silenced. We must come back stronger and raise all of our voices to ensure that our democracy remains intact and all of us are safe.
